Vivid Path takes a human-centered, systems thinking approach to solving business problems, based on the simple conviction that by helping companies with good missions and values achieve sustainable profitability, we are helping the world to become a better place.

Our process begins and ends with people. First we listen, ask questions, and listen some more. Working backward from a clear understanding of your vision and goals, we learn your business model and operations well enough to diagram the core functions and structures as well as their interrelationships with each other and the marketplace. From there, we help you visualize the big picture, identify constraints and root causes to problems, and find your highest leverage points.

Taking into account people, processes, and systems, we’ll work with you to build a flexible, practical roadmap for sustainable growth and profitability. Mark Scrimenti
Founder, Principal
Vivid Path Consulting

Based in Evanston, IL, Mark Scrimenti
has an entrepreneurial background with over 20 years’ hands-on experience in Business Operations, Web Product Development, Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, and Customer Experience. After starting and/or joining multiple Internet startups, he spent nearly 13 years leading eCommerce operations for an online retailer of music gear, where he built the systems, processes, and teams to scale the organization and developed and executed the strategies that grew sales from $40 million to $140 million in eight years.

Since then, he’s served as Fractional COO/CPO for multiple early stage tech startups including a SaaS startup in the healthcare space, a search engine startup, whose mission is to humanize, democratize, and personalize the experience of exploring the Web, and a social enterprise focused on street soccer.
